PRYOR CREEK, Okla., February 11, 2020 (Newswire.com) - Second Chance Recovery, the brainchild of two local Oklahoma men, is set to open to serve the Oklahoma population.

The estimate from ok.gov is that over 11% of the population is suffering from addiction and the majority are not receiving the help they need.
